What happens if a customer arrives at the box office who is not on my will-call list?
If a customer shows up who's not on your list, they're not on our list either (because it's the same list). Most of the time, the customer either purchased a ticket for a different date or made a mistake and never completed the purchase process at all.
If they have their purchase confirmation with them, check it to see if it's for the correct date/time. Make sure there is not a note on the page saying, "This purchase is not complete." (That note appears on step 3 of the 4-step purchase process, which means they never completed the sale and did not pay for the tickets.)
