What do I do if there's a venue change or cancellation?
Email venues@goldstar.com immediately with "CANCELLATION" or "VENUE CHANGE" in the subject line. It's important to include a reason for your cancellation in the body of the email, as our members often want to know what's up when we send out notices. Once we have your cancellation confirmation, our Customer Service team will contact all the Goldstar members who purchased for that date, notify them of the cancellation and refund them. If there are other dates available for purchase, we'll include a link to the listing so customers can easily repurchase a different date.
