How do I get my event included in upcoming promotions?
We're always exploring new ways of marketing the great inventory you submit. Promotions are one of the ways we do that. Every promotion is different, but here is a rundown of some of the ways you can be included:
  • Comp or Price-Specific Promotions — If the promotion is focused on complimentary tickets or tickets priced at a deeper than usual discount, simply submit your events and new dates/offers as you normally would. However, make sure that you include inventory that matches the specifics of the particular promotion you are submitting inventory for. Without that, we will not be able to include you.

  • Holiday or Category Promotions — We often have promotions that are focused around a specific holiday or a specific category of live entertainment. If your event and offers are already on Goldstar, there is a good chance we have automatically included you in these categories for promotion. However, you can always email venues@goldstar.com to double check. If you have a new event to submit or new offers you want to get live, please follow the our standard submission guidelines.

Pro Tip: Always pay attention to the deadlines sent out in the supplier emails. Once the deadline for a specific promotion is past, there is no guarantee we'll be able to get your event or new dates/offers up in time to be included in the category for promotion.
