eTickets | These are electronic tickets that will be delivered to your email address and uploaded to your Goldstar account. These tickets may be delivered immediately upon completion of purchase or up to 24 hours before the event. These tickets are generally final sale and changes cannot be made once the purchase is complete. |
Will Call | You will pick your tickets up at will call with the first and last name on the order. You will need to show photo ID. |
Mobile Only | After completing your purchase, you can access your tickets from My Tickets on the Goldstar app or mobile website. At the venue, you must present these tickets on your smartphone for admission. You can use our app or mobile website to display them. The venue will not accept printouts of the tickets. Mobile tickets are final sale and non-refundable. They cannot be rescheduled, canceled or transfered. |
Online Redemption | In your purchase confirmation email, you will receive a link to a website and codes to redeem on that site in order to book your reservation and get your tickets for the event. |
Vouchers | You will receive a bar code or QR code for this purchase that will be scanned at the door of the venue for entry. You will need to print the voucher or be able to show it on your smartphone. |
Email Forwarding | There will be some delay between purchasing and delivery of these tickets. You will receive them no later than 24 hours before the event. If you haven't received them at that time, please submit a ticket and one of our team will be happy to assist. |
