What if my event has a pre-sale price and a door price?
Our policy requires that we list the advance sales purchase price. If your event currently has a pre-sale, we will want the full price and Goldstar price to reflect that pricing as well. Once a pre-sale is over or your pricing changes, we can update the pricing on our end. Email venues@goldstar.com when those pricing changes occur.
The above policy cuts down on member frustration and confusion that often comes up when they find a different price on a partner's website from what we are listing. As a secondary seller, this is the best way to make sure we send happy people to your events.
