Starting on November 1, 2022, Easy Cancel will no longer be available for new purchases. If you bought a ticket with Easy Cancel prior to this date, we will still honor the ability to cancel the ticket.
Our Easy Cancel feature allows you to cancel tickets before an event takes place for certain Will Call events. Check your purchase confirmation email or Your Tickets page for availability for your event.
If it's an option, you will be able to self-cancel the tickets for Goldstar store credit. Please follow the steps to cancel until you get confirmation.
The credit will be available in your account immediately and it will not expire. The credit will be applied automatically in checkout on your next purchase.
